a few quick RULES THAT KEEP our community happy and running:

• We are pleased to see our students online for virtual lessons, in-person at our studios or in their home.

• Registration and payment are accepted per term (Fall, Winter, Spring), but students are always welcome. Summer lessons are á la carte.

• Registering as a student with Annette Street Music entitles students to a specific time slot each week (or as scheduled) with a teacher for an entire term.

• To ensure lesson times are managed for both student and teacher, lessons must be canceled by 9 am on the day of the lesson to be eligible for a make-up.

• Students may schedule one make-up lesson per term.

• Make-up lessons must be scheduled within the term that they are missed. Make-ups (or lesson payment credit) can not be carried over to the next TERM.

• Once a make-up lesson is scheduled between teacher and student it cannot be rescheduled by the student. If the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule a make-up lesson, the fee will be credited to the student as a lesson, or credit to the student account.

• Students are expected to arrive on time for lessons, no extra time will be made up for lateness.
