REBECCA EMMS

With seven years of experience teaching music to students aged 5 to adult, Rebecca has a background in classical piano and violin and studied jazz guitar at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton. She is also a songwriter and music producer —  releasing synth-pop & indie-rock music under her artist name TOVI. Rebecca’s lessons are designed to be engaging and comprehensive, incorporating ear training, music theory, playing exercises, improvisation, and composition alongside learning new pieces. Her approach ensures a well-rounded, enjoyable experience that fosters both confidence and a deeper appreciation for music.
